We have researched resources such as online speaking practices and artificial intelligence-supported programs to improve the English skills of my 13- and 14-year-old daughters. However, at a point where they could not go further than basic expressions such as "How are you" and lost hope, they reached you by chance through Instagram. We watched the first lesson with curiosity together with me, and we were greatly surprised that your program is a comprehensive and free service. Although we thought it might be paid one day in advance, we were amazed to see that you still provide training for free, interactive and rich content. I sincerely thank you for the support you have provided to my daughters. I hope that one day my daughters will also become citizens of the world and have the chance to share the opportunities you offer with others.

Even though we take this course online, I think our instructors did a great job. Course materials which used during the course are really good. Mentoring approach is also inspiring for the teachers who take the course. Communicating and giving useful feedback are their strong sides.

I started studying regularly when GZYV TDP accepted me to this program. Educational model of this program was very different and helpful. Lessons were very catchy. I am very pleased to have found this opportunity through English W/Tech for completing my practicum hours. What this organization stands for and provides to students in need makes the experience all the more meaningful. The students were awesome and their attitudes and insights during lessons made for a fulfilling experience for all involved. This was an excellent way to gain experience with teaching, particularly with using Zoom and other features to conduct a lesson entirely online. It was also quite insightful having the opportunity to observe other teachers' lessons and see different teaching styles. Working with English W/Tech I was able to get my first experience teaching English as foreign language in a setting with plenty of support and expertise. The teaching situations could not have been any better for a first-time teacher. Because of English W/Tech I feel much more comfortable and knowledgeable teaching English, specifically online. My lesson planning, communication, and translation skills have all greatly improved from this experience. Overall, I was very happy with my experience working with English W/Tech and would highly recommend it to new ESL teachers.

I have greatly appreciated my time volunteering with English w/Tech. The organization is run smoothly and they take their job and role very seriously, which was important to me in working with an online organization. The best part of my experience was working with the students. All of the students were incredibly enthusiastic to learn and greatly enjoyed all of the topics I discussed. They seemed very grateful for the opportunity to learn English from a native English speaker and would often ask questions about American culture. Working for English w/Tech has been very beneficial. English w/Tech has a great mission statement of providing additional and free English lessons for students in Turkey. In which, they do an exceptional job of following through. Working with the employees, Figen and Gizem, was very enjoyable. I enjoyed the self defense course organized by GZYV under the leadership of Zeycan YILDIRIM and with the slogan #strong woman #strong society. I than a lot to our instructors and to Foundation team for this class during which we rediscovered our strength and benefit from as physically and emotionally. As G.D. Anderson has stated, “Feminism does not mean to create strong woman, women are already strong, It is about to change the perception of strength around the world.”, I say #strongisthenewpretty.

I found self defense courses that introduced us with most practical and effective technics very beneficial. The energy of teachers was very high, they encouraged each of us to actively participate in training.Let’s learn, be ready, be #strong woman and #strong society. I thank to Garip & Zeycan YILDIRIM Foundation for this meaningful Women’s Day gift Classes realized with slogan Strong Woman = Strong Society. The course was very beneficial and fun showing us that the main concept of defense is not the strength but to know the sensitive and important points.

First of all I thank a lot to Zeycan hanım and Holding to provide us to be able to participate to such a class. Unfortunately in the society that we live in women need to learn self defense. Under necessary situations even though we can not fully remember every move we learned, we can still feel confident to know that we have escape points and this self confidence can stop the other side. I wish this kind of activities will be increasingly continuing.

I thank you for the self defense course you organized. I am pleased to come together with women, to be a part of such an event motivated me socially and emotionally. And in addition I learned how I can protect myself from violence that women experience a lot nowadays.

As part of the ‘Elazig 4.0’ project, our educators, who are specialized in their fields, provided us with necessary information based on their experiences about what we can experience in the tech field and corporate life. Besides, they helped us discover if we were interested in that field. Through the project assigned to us, I could improve myself in mobile tech, which I had no previous experience in, and found out that I was interested in this field.

My training and mentorship process during the ‘Elazig 4.0’ project helped me a lot when preparing for business life. I could practice on real-world scenarios and improve my skills through the valuable feedback of the mentors. This experience helped me start my career with confidence.

Our internship at YILDIRIM Group was invaluable for our career.
