Upon discovery, we realized there is a developing need in Turkey amongst high school and university graduates for useful career-planning and communication tools before entering adult life and the workforce. In order to close that gap and prepare them for real life expectations in business, so they may adequately be prepared.we have collaborated with YILDIRIM Academy, a department within our founding Group, to provide career-training/designing their future workshops to high school students. These workshops focus on career-planning and communication via the use of interview formalities, CV building, and interpersonal and workplace communication. The core of this program is to develop high school students’ and communication skills while also placing vocational students with an industry mentor for guidance.

Our goals is to see the Turkish youth enter the career process with the utmost confidence and preparation, as successful and respectful beings. We strive to enhance students’ skills in career planning and to increase their competitiveness for career advancement.
