As part of our ongoing commitment to Gender Equality, we actively participated in the YILDIRIM Group Gender Equality Month initiatives throughout November.
Osman Unal, CHRO of YILDIRIM Group, was invited to speak at the annual “We Speak Violence by Male Language” seminar held by Mor Salkim Women’s Solidarity Association.
Based on his vast professional experience, he highlighted several key topics:
- The vital role men can play in promoting Gender Equality and combating violence against women
- Advancing Gender Equality through an increase in the number of female managers
- Empowering women by providing equal opportunities in both education and business
- The crucial role of non-governmental activities can play in fostering Gender Equality
- The importance of Diversity and Inclusion for the sustainability of companies and communities
